By Road
From the M4 (Junction 12)
- Leave the M4 at J12, follow the A4 signs to Theale.
- Turn left at first roundabout (signposted to Arlington Business Park and the train station). Turn right at second roundabout and right at third roundabout.
- Turn left, this will take you over the railway lines, then cross over the canal.
- Theale Lakes Business Park can be found approximately half a mile on the right hand side, just off the next mini roundabout.
From the A4 (Newbury)
- Proceed to the roundabout just before M4.
- Take exit signposted Arlington Business Park.
- Follow directions as above.
By Rail
from Theale Train Station
